We'll ship your art from workshops in Europe, USA and Australia for easy delivery wherever you are.

Generally speaking, standard fine art prints can be delivered within 5-7 business days wherever in the world you are (some exclusions apply, please see the shipping page).

Framed prints can be delivered in most regions within 7-10 business days. Again some exclusions apply. 

Our premium Hahnemuhle German Etching prints can only be shipped from the UK currently, and take 5-7 business days to deliver in the UK, 7-10 days to the EU and 10-21 days for the rest of the world including USA, Canada and Australia.

UK - FREE SHIPPING on Unframed Prints and £5.95 for Framed Art. Delivery in 3 - 5 days usually.

USA - FREE SHIPPING on Unframed Prints, $15 for Frames up to and including 16x20" and $20 for Frames larger than this. Dispatched from the USA in most cases and delivered in 5-10 working days.

EU - Shipping is €5.95 for Prints and €7.95 for Frames. Delivery in 3 - 7 days usually.

Australia - FREE SHIPPING on Unframed Prints, $10 for Frames up to and including 40x50cm, $15 for Frames larger than this. Delivery in 3 - 7 days usually.

These are flat-rate shipping fees meaning you can order multiple items and pay for shipping only once.

Rest of the World: Please add your products to cart and use the shipping calculator. If your country isn't listed, email us for a custom shipping quote instead.

It depends. If you're ordering from UK, EU, USA or Australia you won't have to pay import duties or taxies as we print, frame and ship within these destinations. 

For all other regions, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

arthaus cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

You can cancel your order at any time before it's despatched. Contact us with your order number and we'll cancel it right away.

If your order has already dispatched, don't worry. Follow the same procedure and we'll advise on next steps.
