Pia Schneider is a German graphic designer and fine artist based near Trier. After beginning as a self-taught textile designer in Düsseldorf, she formalised her practice at the European Art Academy and later earned a diploma in Media Design. In 2000, she established her independent studio, atelier COLOUR-VISION, where she integrates her multi-disciplinary background into a cohesive body of work. Schneider’s practice spans abstract painting, geometric graphics, and photography. Her work is driven by an interest in the unusual, often focusing on botanical details, architectural structures, and the sea. Living by the Mosel river, she translates her surroundings into diverse visual forms that reflect her training in both traditional fine art and digital media design.
