Yocica

My drive as an artist is to find and put in spotlight the beauty in the simplest things, such as a black line inexplicably running just the perfect way or brush strokes that appear to create a perfect balance. I am fascinated by imperfections, which is why paint all my work by hand leaving the brush to run a bit freely. I believe these imperfections give another dimension to the shapes and lines that appear on the paper. I hope to create artwork that is soothing for the mind and helps people to create a space that both helps them to relax and inspires them.
