Most of our art prints and framed prints are made and shipped from the USA and take around 5-10 days to arrive. The following products ship from Europe and will take 3-4 weeks to arrive:

• All walnut color frames
• The following frame sizes: 8x8", 10x10", 8x10" and 16x16"

USA shipping is FREE for Unframed Prints, $15 for Frames up to and including 16x20" and $20 for Frames larger than this.

This is a flat-rate shipping fee meaning you can order multiple items and pay for shipping only once.

Absolutely! Live with your art for 30 days, if you change your mind we'll happily take it back. Please see note below regarding how to go about returning a print of frame.

Our returns policy is simple: if for any reason you are not happy with your order, return it to us within 30 days for a replacement or a full refund.

• Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return.
• As soon as we receive your request, we'll send step-by-step instructions on how to return your order
• Repack the item in the original packaging it came in and enclose any dispatch notes – please note the item(s) must be in the original condition you received it in
• Once we receive your returned order, we'll replace it or refund it
• All refunds are processed within 28 days

We recommend you keep proof of postage for any returned item(s) as we cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one.

If your item arrived damaged, please get in touch with a photo of the damage before sending anything back.

If you are a business customer our 30 day guarantee does not apply. Our business order guarantee only covers faulty workmanship or damage whilst in transit.

We take great care packaging our art so it arrives in the perfect condition, therefore it's very rare for our prints and frames to be damaged during transit.

But should that happen, please email us with a photo of the damage before sending anything back, and we'll let you know about the next steps.
