In this landscape-oriented digital drawing, Nanna Paavig explores a lighthearted narrative through the lens of character design. The work centers on a duck reimagined with a sushi-inspired twist, utilizing bold outlines and a vibrant palette that emphasizes the creature's quirky personality. The digital medium allows for a crispness that highlights the playful textures of the subject, making the unusual concept feel both intentional and charming.

By placing an animal within a stylized, cartoonish context, the artist invites a sense of joy and curiosity. The composition makes use of the wide horizontal space to ground the figure, focusing the viewer's attention on the clever visual pun. It is a testament to how digital illustration can turn a simple, funny idea into a compelling piece of character art that feels both approachable and distinct.
