Art Analysis
Interlocking red and blue geometry
Bremmer builds this square image using a flat arrangement of shapes that fill the entire space. Large red triangles and tall rectangles stand out in the middle and on the right side, creating a heavy presence of warm color. These primary shapes fit together with light blue and white forms, leaving no gaps between them. The composition relies on straight edges and sharp corners to divide the surface into a dense, patterned grid.
Smaller details break up the larger blocks of color. Tiny circles and thin lines appear across the surface, adding variety to the mix of squares and triangles. While most of the image uses a bright red, a few areas feature a darker red tone. The eye moves across the surface by following the way these four colors meet and overlap in a complex, modern layout.
