Art Analysis
A vibrant collision of digital texture and modernist form
Sausa employs technological tools to simulate the depth of physical media, creating a surface that feels thick with intent and history. New Sensation 1 is a study in how vibrant color selection and diverse artistic techniques can build a sense of volume within a flat plane. The work leans into the modernist tradition, using bold graphic elements to organize a chaotic, emotive energy into a cohesive visual rhythm.
Instead of a literal subject, the piece focuses on the evolution of artistic expression through textured details and a wide hue range. The composition acts as a method of effective communication, bypassing language to reach for a more direct sensory empowerment. Every layer feels like a deliberate choice in a larger conversation between digital precision and the raw unpredictability of abstract form.
The use of acrylics allows for smooth, layered transitions that define this visionary approach to non-representational art.
Saputra utilizes digital tools to simulate subtle, inviting textures that soften the sharp edges of the geometry.
High-contrast hues and saturated tones are used to convey the intensity and vibrancy of a professional match.
The artist employs high-contrast elements to convey a sense of place through symbols and text rather than literal imagery.
