The fifth beer launched from Abbeydale Brewery's second Collab Series.

Tasting note:
We don’t get to make smoked beers all that often, so when our smokemaster pals Torrside from New Mills, Derbyshire, joined us in the brewhouse we just had to take advantage of their smokey wizardry.

On a surprisingly straightforward but loud and wet brewday, we jointly created a Belgian inspired dubbel with a good quantity of smoked malt, infused with raisins and a smattering of dried apricots for a delectable dark fruit character and wisps of smokiness wafting throughout.
