In this landscape study, KISSA STUDIO explores the rugged terrain of Iceland through a lens of Scandi minimalism. The composition emphasizes the physical presence of nature, where the mountain is not merely a distant view but a tangible element of the surrounding world. By focusing on the raw textures of the peaks and the vast, open space they occupy, the artist highlights the quiet strength found in the northern latitudes.

The photographic approach relies on a muted palette and a clear sense of scale to ground the viewer in the scene. Rather than focusing on dramatic peaks, the work observes how snow settles into the crevices of the land, creating a graphic pattern against the dark stone. It is an honest look at a landscape that feels both immense and intimate, reflecting a way of life where the natural world is woven into the everyday experience.
