In this piece, Khokhar explores the intersection of geography and psychology, using the verticality of the portrait format to suggest a personal, upright strength. The work avoids the literal, instead leaning into the atmospheric qualities of a light-drenched environment to mirror a specific state of being—one defined by clarity and optimism.

The composition draws the eye through a deliberate arrangement of tones that mimic the persistent glow of a sun-soaked region. By focusing on the 'mindset' rather than a physical landmark, the artist invites a deeper reflection on how our surroundings shape our internal world, creating a sense of quiet, enduring energy that fills the frame.
