Triangles Kaleidoscope
Francisco ValleFrancisco Valle constructs a rhythmic architecture of light and geometry, using the repetition of the triangle to create a sense of infinite, crystalline depth. This portrait-oriented composition pulls the eye into a central vortex where sharp angles and soft gradients collide.

A Prismatic Descent Into Geometric Symmetry
In this work, Valle explores the hypnotic potential of simple geometric forms. By layering triangles in varying scales and opacities, he mimics the optical complexity of a kaleidoscope, turning a flat surface into a multi-dimensional space. The vertical orientation emphasizes a sense of upward momentum, as if the shapes are rising and refracting through a glass prism.
The interplay of shadow and highlight gives the piece a tactile quality, suggesting a structure built from light itself. Rather than a static pattern, the arrangement feels kinetic, capturing the precise moment a lens rotates to reveal a new, symmetrical universe. It is a study in balance and precision, grounded in the mathematical beauty of the three-sided form.
The piece breaks down its subject into a series of non-representational shapes and bold color fields.
The layered, radiating shapes create a pulsing visual frequency that mimics the shifting views of a kaleidoscope.
The portrait orientation creates a sense of depth and upward momentum, unusual for the typically horizontal world of racing.
