In this digital composition, Kosunen explores the intersection of light and organic form. The work centers on the structural integrity of golden blossoms, using the digital canvas to sharpen the contrast between delicate petal textures and the deep, shadowed recesses of the foliage. By choosing a portrait orientation, the artist emphasizes the upward growth and reaching quality of the plants, grounding the viewer in a direct, face-to-face encounter with nature.

There is a deliberate focus on the warmth of the palette, where the yellow hues feel saturated and heavy with life. Rather than a fleeting glance at a garden, the piece offers a steady, focused meditation on botanical detail. The digital execution allows for a crispness that highlights the veins and edges of each bloom, making the natural world feel both immediate and meticulously observed.
