In this portrait-oriented composition, Ristova explores the repetition of the pear motif across a disciplined grid. Each cell of the arrangement offers a subtle shift in color and form, turning a common kitchen subject into a vibrant exploration of seriality. The repetition creates a visual cadence that draws the eye across the surface, inviting a close comparison of the slight irregularities that make each fruit unique.

The work relies on a bold palette to define the volume of the pears against their structured backdrop. By isolating these forms within a grid, the artist emphasizes the graphic quality of the fruit, stripping away domestic clutter to focus on the interplay of light, shadow, and saturated tones. It is a focused study on how color can define space and how a simple subject can become a complex pattern through thoughtful placement.
