In this digital composition, Hearn explores the boundaries of light and color within a wide-reaching horizon. The work utilizes the digital medium to create a sense of depth that traditional pigments might struggle to reach, layering glowing elements that suggest a world humming with its own internal energy. By focusing on a landscape orientation, the artist allows the viewer’s eye to wander across the breadth of this imagined environment, discovering pockets of brilliance scattered throughout the terrain.

There is a deliberate softness to the way the environment is rendered, balancing the sharp precision of digital tools with a dreamlike atmosphere. The piece avoids the literal, instead leaning into the emotional resonance of a space that feels discovered rather than built. It invites a quiet contemplation of how light interacts with the earth, turning a familiar outdoor perspective into a vivid, sparkling sanctuary.
